Our restaurant offers grilled pork skewers made from "Kenkou Pork" raised in the town of Shin-hidaka in Hokkaido, which is rich in nature.
This kenkou pork is characterized by its low odor and light fatty meat, making it easy to eat.
We start with simple skewers of loin, thigh, and belly,
Pork roll skewers with green onions, okra, asparagus, etc. wrapped in meat,
We have also prepared a variety of skewers made from kenkou pork, including handmade tsukune.
