Founded in 1925, Kuroda Shoten is a long-established tofu shop in Sapporo.
Using domestically grown soybeans and Hokkaido's delicious underground water, the tofu is still made in the traditional way.
Our restaurant also offers a menu using Kuroda Shoten's special tofu!
Try first its deliciousness with "chilled tofu," which is perfect for the hot summer.
A "deep-fried tofu with grated yam and kelp" is also available, served sizzling hot and freshly fried,
It is very delicious with the dashi broth filling and yam kelp!
